Repair Procedures:
- Tool is inspected & tested to determine condition
- Tool is carefully disassembled
- All parts are inspected for corrosion, cracks, or excessive wear
- Defective parts are identified and replacements are procured
- The tool is reassembled using new parts as required
- Manufacturer service manuals are referenced to assure that all repair & testing procedures are in accord
with manufacturer specifications
- The tool is shipped along with a customer satisfaction survey to assure that all customers are receiving cost
effective and timely repairs
