Repairing valves, compressors, pumps, gearboxes as well as design, modifications, and repairs to ASME valves and
pressure piping is performed using high tech equipment at our efficient and safe facilities.

Our Mechanical Services Shop is capable of turn-key repairs on all your steam path equipment. Daily, we service
turbine rotors, shells, blading, diaphragms, blade rings, inlet nozzles, control valves, intercept valves and stop
valves. Newly developed technology enables us to inspect the roots of turbine blade for fatigue cracking on-site
or at our facilities.
We also perform Steam Path audits that evaluate the turbines condition and calculate the present worth of annual
fuel savings based on recommended repairs.
