Our staff of skilled craftsmen can repair your motors and generators to meet, or improve, OEM specifications. We
specialize in medium voltage (2300V and above) motor rewinds and reconditioning. Utilizing form wound coils and
state-of-the-art insulation systems we get your motors back in business quickly. Our service shop operates around-the-clock
and can support all your critical needs. We will provide the field service to remove and reinstall motors and generators
and provide balancing and alignment services.

Outfitted with high-tech electronic analyzing equipment, our motor shop can rewind, repair, and test your AC motors
up to 13KV and 10,000 hp. We service and repair DC motors and generators, synchronous motors, rotors, and armatures.
On-site vibration and electrical testing of rotating equipment can be performed to analyze equipment function.
Our motor shop has a 25 ton lifting capacity. Larger equipment, up to 250 tons, can be worked on in our Large Apparatus
Shop, (LARS). We have cleaning ovens, baking ovens, paint and steam cleaning booths, and, a vacuum pressure impregnation
tank that can accommodate equipment up to ten feet in diameter. All rotors are balanced on our dynamic balancing
machines and final testing is performed using our 1250KVA motor test set. |
